  • What types of payment do you accept?

Only payments through PayPal for the time being.

 

  • What does it mean when an item is marked as [Pre Order]?

Items marked with “preorder” mean they are made to order. The item isn’t currently in stock but I am in the process of collecting orders to make a bulk purchase. 

Items that have a preorder status typically have a larger MOQ (minimum order quantity.) Having a bulk order allows me to purchase stock that addresses everyone's needs, while also being able to provide a lower price for the product.

Items will typically be available for preorder for 1 week. After that, the item will be labeled as sold out. I will be placing extra orders on top of the requested amount in the instance that anyone misses the order time frame and would like to purchase in the future. I will announce on my socials when/if the left over stock is available.

*If the MOQ for a preorder item is not met and I feel I will be unable to fulfill the current volume of orders, all orders will be refunded.

 

  • How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Because of Covid-19 related delays, production of apparel has been extended. Production + shipping to me will take 4-5 weeks, after I will be fulfilling orders and apparel should start arriving to customers 1-2 weeks after I receive them. 

All other products (Stickers or prints) will be sent out with in 3 days of the shop’s closing and should arrive to you with in 2-4 days (domestic US) or 1-2 weeks (international) 

 

  • Return Policy

No returns or exchanges are accepted unless damaged or incorrect. All sales final.
Seller not responsible for items damaged or lost during transit.

In the instance you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please send an email to [email protected] with photos of your received item as well as your order receipt.
